The person behind SICLab

At the core of SICLab is Stefan, the creator and designer behind every product.

By profession, Stefan studies violin and performs as a musician. He also plays in a string quartet, taking part in various events and performances. Alongside music, he developed a strong passion for 3D printing and product design — a passion that slowly turned into SICLab.

This mix of artistic sensitivity and technical precision defines the brand. SICLab exists because of a genuine desire to create useful, well-designed objects and to help as many coffee enthusiasts as possible improve their setups through thoughtful upgrades.

About SICLab

SICLab comes from the word "sic", which can be translated as chic — simple, refined, and intentional. That idea defines everything we do: functional objects with clean design, made to elevate everyday rituals.

We are based in Brasov, Romania, where we design and produce made-to-order accessories for coffee lovers and modern living. Every product starts as an idea, is carefully designed in professional software such as Fusion 360 and Blender, and then 3D printed in small batches.

Designed with purpose

SICLab products are created to solve real problems and improve daily workflows. From espresso accessories to lighting objects, each piece is tested, refined, and printed with attention to detail.

Many of our coffee tools are designed specifically to help users upgrade and personalize their espresso setups, especially for machines like the Gaggia Classic Pro — but not only. Our goal is to support everyone who truly understands and appreciates coffee, regardless of the machine they use.

Small batch. Made to order.

We don't keep large inventories. Each product is made to order, produced in 2–4 business days, then carefully packed and shipped worldwide.

This allows us to stay flexible, reduce waste, and focus on quality rather than quantity.

SICLab is not about trends. It's about function, design, and passion — one object at a time.
