At ȘICLab, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 21 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused and in its original condition
-The item must be returned in its original packaging
-Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
-Custom or personalized items
-Items damaged due to improper useItems showing normal wear and tear
-Minor visual differences (such as layer lines or slight color variations) are inherent to 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
-A refund will be processed to your original payment method
-Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
-Your order number
-Photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
